Conference Accommodations

Reed College offers a variety of residence hall accommodations. The 18 residence halls comprise six distinctive building designs that vary in size, atmosphere, and purpose. Guest houses are also available. Many rooms offer outstanding views of Portland's west hills, downtown, or the Reed canyon natural area.

Room options include

  • singles;
  • doubles, of which most are divided doubles with two rooms separated by a wall or door;
  • triples.

All residence halls have social rooms, shared restrooms, and full or partial kitchens. Wi-fi is available in all residence halls. Each residence hall is secured by swipe card access, and each room has key entry. Each room has a bed, desk and chair, dresser, closet or wardrobe, and telephone jacks.

There is an optional linen fee, which includes pillow and pillow case, two sheets, blanket, top sheet, towel, two washcloths, soap, cup, and paper towels. Linen is exchanged weekly for those staying longer than one week.

Air conditioning is not available in all residence halls. Rentable items are subject to availability. Pets are not allowed.

The residence halls have access for those with disabilities. If you have special housing needs of any type, please call the CEP office at 503/777-7522 for assistance.
